Tart Cherry Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
Equal Parts:
King Orchards Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Flax Seed Oil
Optional: Stir in a little honey to thicken. Pour a puddle on serving plate. Add goat cheese to plate, then drizzle with more vinaigrette. Sprinkle with toasted pepitas (pumpkin or squash seeds) if desired.
