I.Q.F. cherries

I.Q.F. stands for individually quick frozen. The cherries are easy to use since they are frozen like marbles instead of a solid mass. I just sold a 10 pound bag of balatons cherries in my fruit stand. My customer said she eats a coffee cup full every evening. She lets them thaw a bit and eats them with a toothpick. Sounds like fun to me. I will be baking up 10 pies this week-end for a fundraiser at Charlevoix library. The musical afternoon will benefit Haiti.
