Ingredients
12 lbs apples – peeled, cored, and sliced
½ cup apple cider vinegar
3 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground allspice
1 T ground cinnamon
Instructions
-Place apples and vinegar into a large slow cooker and place lid on top.
-Set on high and cook for 8 hours. Then, turn to low and continue cooking 10 hours more.
-After 18 hours, stir in white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, and allspice, and cook 4
more hours.
