For these raspberry popsicles, we used molds that could hold four ounces each. If you are making popsicles with an ice tray and toothpicks, we recommend mixing the ingredients thoroughly using these proportions in a cup you can use to pour into the ice cube tray openings.

For each Raspberry + Orange popsicle, you’ll need:

1 teaspoon (or more to taste) raspberry jam

4 ounces of orange juice

For each Raspberry + Tart Cherry popsicle, you’ll need:

1 teaspoon (or more to taste) raspberry jam

1 tablespoon Montmorency Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate

4 ounces water

Popsicles take about two hours to freeze.
