Baked Brie with Rhubby Razz Jam

(1) small wheel of brie cheese (1) 9 oz. jar of KO Rhubby Razz Jam Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place wheel of brie in oven safe pan. Top with KO Rhubby Razz Jam. Bake for 30 minutes or until desired doneness.

Kielbasa with Cherry Sauce

(1) package of kielbasa or sausage 1 1/2 cup ketchup 1 cup of KO Montmorency Cherry Jam 1/4 cup of KO Montmorency Cherry Concentrate (more to taste) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice kielbasa and place in pan. Mix next 3 ingredients together and pour over kielbasa. Bake for 30 minutes or desired crispiness.

Peanut Apple Dip

(1) 8 oz. softened cream cheese 3/4 cup of brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts Betsy says, “you can never have too many peanuts!” Soften cream cheese, mix in brown sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Serve with fresh sliced apples.
