King Orchards Cherry Juice is concentrated to the strength of at least 68 brix.* This allows the recommended mix at 7 parts water to 1 part cherry juice to have a nice tart flavor with enough cherry goodness to help keep you healthy.

One of the great things about high quality fruit juice is that it can be made to your personal tastes. One who enjoys a tart flavor can add less water or more concentrate to suit their tastes. Tart cherries are a healthy whole fruit that is high in fiber, potassium, beta carotene, and antioxidants. One-quarter cup of dried cherries has 15% of the RDA for fiber. Cherries also contain potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamins A, C, B6, E, and folic acid. Cherries are one of the few known food sources of melatonin, a potent antioxidant produced naturally by the body’s pineal gland that helps regulate biorhythm and natural sleep patterns. Experts indicate that just a handful of cherries contain more melatonin than what is normally found in the blood. Each ounce of King Orchards Cherry Juice Concentrate contains 4910ng of Melatonin.

Anthocyanins are natural colorants belonging to a group of compounds called the flavonoids. They are widely distributed among fruits, such as cherries, vegetables and flowers. In addition to their colorful characteristics, anthocyanins possess potent antioxidant properties. Ongoing studies are also exploring the role of cherries in promoting cardiovascular health. Montmorency tart cherries are easy to fit into your regular routine even though they are rarely in the fresh fruit section at your favorite grocery store. Montmorency tart cherries have a very short fresh shelf life, only lasting around 24 hours after being picked. Fortunately, there are several way to preserve tart cherries without compromising their extraordinary health benefits.
Freezing cherries preserves the maximum amount of nutrients along with the fabulous tart cherry flavor and texture. Our cherries are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF), which is a culinary practice where each piece of fruit is frozen separately from the others, making them easy to handle and take out small amounts at a time. These cherries are perfect for cooking, baking, as a yogurt or ice cream topping, or just slightly thawed on their own.
We understand there is always a stigma around “canned” anything. Don’t be fooled by the package though with this product. There is absolutely nothing added to these cherries (no sugar, no preservatives, etc.); the only ingredients in this spectacular product are water and pitted Montmorency tart cherries. This gives you that fresh feel of cherries without having to pick them off the trees yourself.

Montmorency tart cherry juice concentrate gives you the maximum amount of cherries per serving. Our cherry juice concentrate contains at least 2000 cherries for every 32 oz (quart) bottle. Cherry capsules are a great way to incorporate cherries into your regular routine. This is a cherry powder produced from whole tart Montmorency cherries that have been processed to a finished freeze-dried powder and put into a vegetarian capsule. This is a good choice if you want your max cherry but are not a fan of the bold tart taste of the cherry juice.
