Our frozen Michigan tart cherries are packaged in a Styrofoam cooler with (5) 4 lb. bags resealable freezer bag—ideal for making a few pies (we recommend 2 lbs. per pie). The cherries are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF), making it easy to use just what you need, one cup at a time.

Choose from two premium varieties:

Montmorency – The traditional pie cherry: bright red and very tart.

Balaton – Slightly sweeter, darker in color, and firmer in texture.

Frozen at peak ripeness, these cherries offer excellent flavor, texture, and quality—an ideal alternative when fresh tart cherries aren’t in season.
