Cherry Butter… From our Farm to your Table

From bloom to harvest, we are passionate about growing Montmorency cherries. We capture the summer’s harvest in small batch jam and fruit butter which is handcrafted in our bakery so you can enjoy it year ’round. We keep it simple, the first ingredient is always cherry, and by adding just enough sugar– a perfect balance of tart and sweetness is achieved in our jam. Our cherry butter pairs the tartness of the Montmorency cherry with sugar, lemon juice, almond extract, and cinnamon. Both are a delight to use in desserts, as a topping on ice cream, or spreading on toast.
