Shipping Overview

• Flat-rate $9.99 per address.
• Excludes fresh/frozen cherries and pails of concentrate.

• Contact us for a shipping quote: info@kingorchards.com or 231-544-6479 (menu 2).
• Canada shipments use UPS; duties & taxes are buyer-paid via UPS.com(using your tracking number).

• UPS handles pails of concentrate and fresh/frozen cherries and Apple Gift Boxes
• All other packages go via UPS or USPS, chosen by destination & package size.
• Tracking number emailed once the label is generated.

• Pickup days: Both UPS and USPS collect shipments Monday through Friday. 
• Same-day pickup: Expedited orders placed by 12 PM EST are handed to the carrier that same day for pickup.
• Weekend orders: Orders received after 12PM EST on Friday (through Sunday) are queued for the next weekdays carrier pickup.
• Holiday hours: For any upcoming holidays, please consult the UPS and USPS websites for their specific operating schedules.

• 2^nd Day Air: 2 business days
• Next Day Air:  1 business day

  • Ground shipping is available only for addresses within the estimated 1-2 day business days of transit time according to the UPS map below. If you are wondering if your address falls within this delivery window give us a call at 231-544-6479 menu option 2 and we’d be happy to check for you.
  • If you select Ground shipping outside of these delivery windows, your order will be placed on hold.
  • You may select 2 day Air if your address is outside of the Ground shipping area.
  • If you are shipping these frozen cherries to Alaska or Hawaii, please select Next Day Air.
  We ship to on the following days to avoid weekend delays and ensure freshness:
