Already Prepping for Spring

Here we are, in the dead of winter looking forward to the spring thaw. You might wonder what work there is to do at a farm in the middle of winter. Sure the frantic pace has slowed and everyone is relaxed compared to the “norm”, but there is still much work to be done.
