We assure you that we only pack and ship un-dented cans, but they routinely are not in the same condition when they arrive. So far we have not found a packaging method to solve this problem. If you are deterred by dented cans, this product is probably not for you. The product inside is excellent quality and we believe it’s worth the potential blemish.

I bought a can of these cherries last year to make a Black Forest cake. The cherries were great, the cake was a hit, and I came back to buy more for a repeat.

Quality is horrible and customer service is nonexistent. I WAS a new customer and ordered 6 cans of tart cherries and cherry pie filling and of those 6 cans, 3 of the cans were badly crushed and inside a shipping box in perfect condition. Obviously, the crushed cans were shipped out that way. Emails went unanswered. This new customer will not be a returning customer!
