100% Montmorency tart cherry concentrate is a great way to add all natural flavor to any beverage recipe. Montmorency is famous for its starring role in the American Cherry Pie and it’s bright tart flavor and bright red color will bring a spotlight to any beverage. This concentrate can be used in so many different styles and methods – from a refreshing cherry wheat to a robust cherry stout or a lip smacking sour. Also used in wines, liquors, ciders, seltzers, kombuchas, sodas and beyond.
Must be refrigerated.
Packaged in a 5-gallon pail with a re-closable spout. The packaging is not aseptic, but the concentrate is pasteurized while being processed. 68 Brix concentrate is very stable and not a conducive environment to pathogens or spoilage, so it can be shipped at ambient temperature. Refrigerate for up to 6 months, or freeze for up to 2 years.

Tart cherries are a healthy whole fruit that is high in fiber, potassium, beta carotene, and antioxidants. One-quarter cup of dried cherries has 15% of the RDA for fiber.
Cherries also contain potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamins A, C, B6, E, and folic acid. Tart cherries have virtually no fat and no sodium.
