Frozen Montmorency Tart Cherries Customer Feedback
Dear Betsy,
I don’t normally send email to companies about their products, but your frozen Montmorency cherries are out of this world! I placed my first order last Wednesday and they arrived in perfect condition on Friday. They are so good that my husband and I are eating them frozen by the handful. I haven’t even made pie yet! We live very close to Plymouth, MA or “Home of the first Thanksgiving” and my husband said “There would be NO pumpkin pie if the pilgrims had these cherries”. I can hardly wait to start pie baking. I will absolutely be ordering from King Orchards again. And telling all my friends too!

I have known the King family all of my life and was a proud ‘fruitstand girl’ for 5 summers! Needless to say, when it came time for my wedding last summer I was excited to see the King family once again. However, they were unable to make it 🙁 Fast forward 2 months, I came home after a terrible day at work to find a familiar box at my apartment door. Grabbing it, I ran inside and ripped it open. I was SO happy to find beautiful, crisp, ripe, juicy apples! Honeycrisps, Galas and Macs, oh my! Not only did they look good, one bite took me back to being in the fruitstand when apples first started coming in at the end of the summer in Northern Michigan. I remembered being at Applefest later in the season having my first (of many…) caramel apples. Probably most importantly, I remembered the friendly faces I got to see every day while working with the Kings. Knowing the many people who have benefitted from cherry juice concentrate to the happy faces when you first tell a customer “YES, we have cherries!”…King Orchards will always hold a special place in my heart. When I have fruit from any other farm, any other place, I can say with 100% honesty “Yes, this is good…but have you had a KO cherry/peach/apricot/apple/nectarine?” Standing in my apartment in Grand Rapids, I reflected on the quality and standards the King’s have always put in to all of their products. I am happy to say that after knowing them for almost 25 years, those standards have remained high and unwaivering.
