As of today, our tart cherries are in full bloom! They won’t last long, but the look out our office window today is beautiful. Our apple trees at our US 31 market are in full bloom and the apple blossoms at our M-88 market are just beginning. The blossoms have been coming on strong but moving to petal fall quickly with the warm and sunny weather we have been having. By the end of the weekend, the apples will probably begin to lose their petals which will then end our blossom season 🙁 We hope you can make it out this weekend to see the apples in bloom and try some of the fresh local asparagus we have in the market!
