Sweet Cherry Update

With all the crazy weather that the Traverse City area has seen this spring and early summer, it’s exciting to see branches loaded with sweet cherries. At this point, the cherries are starting to get some color and size. We are hoping to see the first sweet cherries around July 7-10 if Mother Nature keeps the weather hot and sunny. Raspberries will also be ready right along with sweet cherries. King Orchards offers pick your own sweet cherries and raspberries. There is fun for the whole family in the orchard.
