We have one of THE most spectacular Honeycrisp years ever this year! They are absolutely beautiful– sweet, tangy, and crunchy! We are also growing and shipping some of the best McIntosh in the state right now. They are great for pie makers or people who just can’t turn down eating a fresh crisp McIntosh right out of hand. One of my personal favorite apples, the Gingergold, is at the peak flavor right now. We won’t have these much longer so order them while they are still available! Gala apples will be the next variety to become available– most likely next week. These are sweet and crunchy with that beautiful pink color.
We will be shipping, for our first year ever, an old favorite– the Snow apple! This is one of the oldest dessert apples, great for eating, cider, or baking with. Cortland apples will also be coming soon which is a lot of people’s favorite apple sauce variety.
