This is going to be a great weekend for u-pick apples and raspberries! It is a good time to pick Macs, Galas, and the first of the Honeycrisp at our M-88 Market! The fruit is large and tastes great but there are some hail marks (we think they just made the apples sweeter). We also have raspberry u-pick available at both markets (fall is a great time for raspberries at King Orchards).
We have fabulous plums available in our markets as well as Bartlett pears. Castleton Italian Prune Plums are coming in now and Stanley Prune Plums will be coming soon. The sweet corn is as sweet as ever. We are huge fans of late season sweet corn! The winter squash is starting to roll in (Delicata is a must try this year and the employee favorite).
