Ingredients
About 3 pieces of fruit per jar
Syrup
Lite: 2 cups sugar / 6 cups water
Medium: 3 cups sugar / 6 cups water
Heavy: 4 cups sugar / 6 cups water
Boiling Time
Pints: 20 minutes
Quarts: 25 minutes
Instructions
Slice, dice or halve fruit into jars
Mix ingredients for preferred syrup consistency into a pot
Bring to a boil until dissolved
Pour syrup into jars over fruit
Wipe rims of the jars clean and place lid on and seal
Hot Water Bath
Place jars into water with the water 1 inch above the jars
Bring water to a boil (refer to boil time)
