Ingredients
1 cup margarine
2 cup flour
2 (3oz) cream cheese
4-6 cups of King Orchards raspberries
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
Mint if desired
Instructions
Mix margarine, flour and cream cheese well — chill 4 hours
Roll out 1/8″ thick and cut 5″ squares
Fill center with 1 tsp of fruit pie filling and fold corners together
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
Top with powdered sugar and mint if desired
