Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry Jell-O
1 – 8oz pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 ½ cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
-Make cake according to directions
-Cool for 15 minutes and poke holes ½ inch apart
-Make Jell-O and pour over cake
-Refrigerate for 3 hours
-Slice fresh strawberries and spread over cake
For frosting:
-Whip cream until stiff peaks form
-In a separate bowl combine other ingredients and blend till smooth, fold into whipped cream
-Frost the cake and enjoy
