Tart Cherry Negroni

Tweak this easy recipe to suit your taste with a tart take on the Negroni. 

Ingredients

1 ounce gin

1 ounce Campari

1 ounce sweet vermouth

1 ounce King Orchards Montmorency Tart Cherry juice (from concentrate)*

Orange slices for garnish

Montmorency Tart Cherries for garnish

Directions

1. *Make the Montmorency Tart Cherry juice. Use 1 oz. of King Orchards concentrate and 7 oz. water. Stir to mix
2. Place ice in a mixing glass.
3. Add gin, Campari, sweet vermouth and tart cherry juice to your mixing glass.
4. Stir vigorously for 25-30 seconds.
5. Add ice to a cocktail glass.
6. Pour cocktail into glass.
7. Twist an orange wedge above the glass and drop the wedge into the Negroni.
