1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup instant oats (1 packet)
1/2 cup milk (almond milk or your choice)
1/2 cup banana
2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey – can add more based on preference)

- Slice banana.
